Shipping

  • Free Ground Shipping: 225 and 245 tire orders ship to the lower 48 states via LTL at no charge.
  • 305 Orders: 305 M/T and 305 A/T orders move by freight and are quoted based on destination and package.
  • Processing Time: Most in-stock orders leave within 1–2 business days. Tracking is sent once the shipment leaves the warehouse.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk transfer to the customer once turned over to the carrier.
  • Address Changes & Refusals: If a shipment is rerouted after dispatch or refused at delivery, carrier fees may be charged back.
Inspect freight promptly at delivery and note visible damage with the driver before the carrier leaves.

Returns Overview

  • RMA Required: All returns must be approved first and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization number.
  • Window: Return requests must begin within 30 days of delivery.
  • Customer-Paid Return Freight: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Condition Rules: Mounted, driven-on, inflated, deflated, repaired, patched, worn, or damaged tires are not returnable.
  • Packaging: Products must be clean, unmounted, and returned in original condition with labels intact.

How To Start A Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, SKU, quantity, and clear photos of the product condition.
  2. Wait for the RMA number and return instructions. Unapproved returns may be refused.
  3. Ship within 14 days of RMA issuance using a trackable, insured carrier.

Refund Timing

  • Refunds are issued only after inspection confirms the product is unused and in original condition.
  • Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
  • Allow 5–10 business days after receipt for inspection and processing, plus your bank's posting time.
  • Original shipping charges remain non-refundable.

Wrong, Missing, Or Damaged

  • Report wrong or missing items within 5 business days.
  • For delivery damage, note it with the driver and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Photograph the packaging, labels, and damaged areas.
  • Keep all packaging until the carrier claim is resolved.
